Media & Optimization Manager
We are looking for a media manager with experience in the industry. This person will lead the digital media strategy and implementation for a portfolio of clients in various industries and countries.
If you are data-driven, passionate about media and analytics, this position is for you.
Responsibilities:
Elaboration of the digital media strategy and definition of its KPIs.
Management and optimization of digital media campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, programmatic, and other ad networks.
Constant monitoring and optimization of campaigns to achieve the established objectives.
Construction and update of Digital Dashboards.
Preparation of results reports with insights and recommendations.
Analysis and reporting of behavior and website results and conversions.
Investigate and monitor new industry trends by type of client, best media practices, etc.

Abilities:
Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills to identify and control KPIs in marketing campaigns
Ability to manage several projects at the same time meeting the required dates
Good command of Google Sheets, Powerpoint and Keynote (not essential)
Team player, with the confidence to take leadership in projects.
Efficiently communicate information and ideas visually and in writing.
Impeccable spelling.
Bilingual / Spanish and English
